As a certified Gentle Sleep Coach®, and with my years of experience as a Child Psychologist, I can help you and your family lovingly teach your child (aged 6 months-6 years) to sleep independently through the night.
With one-on-one coaching, I can help you identify the problem areas and tailor a personalized and practical sleep plan that works for you and your family – and I’ll be there every step of the way to make sure it’s a success (which usually takes between 2-3 weeks).
About me
My name is Veerle van Acker. Since the summer of 2020, I’ve been living in Lausanne, Switzerland with my husband and three sons.
With my background and knowledge as a Child Psychologist, and after extensive research, I chose the Gentle Sleep Coach® method over the (partial) cry-out method.
